Flaxseed oil is a vegetable oil obtained by extracting the seeds of the flax plant (linum usitatissimum). It is known for its high content of OMEGA-3 and OMEGA-6 fatty acids.

For your benefit, this high-quality natural oil is extracted using the cold-pressed technique, the low temperature of which protects its taste, smell, colour and natural nutritional value.

Dr. Johanna Budwig, who has been nominated seven times for the prestigious Nobel Prize in Chemistry, discovered that there are essential oils that our body uses to dissolve fats and accelerate the process of eliminating saturated fats. In addition, it has been observed that these essential oils can have beneficial effects on the condition of the skin, helping to prevent stretch marks and sagging skin.

Also, the use of essential oils promotes healthy cell regeneration throughout the body, which helps with healthy looking skin, hard nails, shiny hair and skin without excessive dryness*.

RECOMMENDED USE

In your METABOLIC PROTEIN™ shake, add ½ scoop of flax oil for the first week. After the first week, increase the amount of flax oil, half a tablespoon per week, to a maximum of 1 ½ tablespoons.

It can also be mixed with salad dressings, yogurt, cottage cheese or even taken alone.

Store at 59°F - 77°F (15°C - 25°C) and refrigerate after opening to protect freshness and quality.
